Frequently Asked Questions
What materials do you use for your knitwear?
We primarily use high-quality merino wool for our knitwear. Merino wool is 100% natural, biodegradable, and incredibly soft on the skin. It's also naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, making it perfect for year-round wear. We also use Shetland Wool which is luxury British wool.
How do I care for my knitwear?
The wool is incredibly durable and has amazing properties meaning it only needs minimal care. Your hat gets wet? Just leave it out to dry - no special care required!
If you do need to wash our knitwear, gently wash using cool water and leave to dry flat. Avoid wringing or rubbing the wool whilst wet.
What sizes are available?
Our knitwear comes in a range of sizes from tiny baby to adult. Each product page includes detailed sizing information to help you find the perfect fit. If you need further assistance, please contact us. We are also always happy to discuss custom requests

How is your knitwear packaged?
We are committed to sustainability and use plastic-free packaging.Your knitwear will arrive beautifully wrapped in one of our paper bags with a charming yarn bow. We also use paper tape and outer packaging.
